Our UESSETI 2000 ultrasonic cleaning tanks it is possible to clean any artifact. The only objects which cannot be processed by means of these cleaning systems are objects which are harmed by aqueous substances or particularly delicate objects which may be harmed by ultrasonic cavitation. At very high frequencies, cavitation energy is very low. This enables removal of particles of a size of just a few microns without harming the surface. In any case, before all cleaning operations, it is best to conduct tests with limited surfaces. For any remaining doubts with regard to the end result, our laboratory staff can be contacted for advice. On the other hand, the objects that can be cleaned without any problem are really many, as long as an appropriate detergent formulated for ultrasonic cleaning applications is used.
