Design of turnkey automatic systems
We are able to design and build tank washing systems according to the customer's needs. Design of automations for moving the pieces and for the management of loading and unloading also enslaved by anthropomorphic robots. We are equipped with an advanced software for the simulation of work islands including the simulation of cycle times.
Automatic conveyors and self-learning Cartesian robots
Automation system with self-learning on ROBOT model UST-R:
It is possible to memorize several separate handling cycles, the program is stored by the operator by conveniently connecting the remote control to the conveyor robot and making the movements in the positions provided for by the cycle. Various functions can be stored at each program step, such as tilt, pause, command of a PLC output and so on. It is possible to combine several programs to have a single cycle and to have several subroutines included in a single main program as a single instruction. Once memorized, the positions can be recalled and checked before carrying out the automatic cycle. For each movement, both vertically and horizontally, it is possible to vary the speed by four levels. The cycles can be performed continuously or in single. To the system it is possible to add a serial communication with photocells decoded on the ground by a microprocessor to control the users (see switching on and off or timing: ultrasound - pump for spray rinse, roller conveyor advancement control, etc.); to be enslaved to safety devices (free discharge, oven doors open or closed, etc.); for a total of 8 in + 8 out (optional 16 in + 16 out). The position sensors with total definition recognize the point even in cases where the robot is moved by hand and in the absence of voltage, starting from the point where the power supply itself was missing. Handling is fluid, without shocks, thanks to an acceleration and deceleration ramp and microprocessor-controlled drives, depending on the distances and inertia of the load.
Electric and pneumatic lift:
useful in washing cycles that require vertical movement of the piece holder basket. It is able to make stops, shake the basket and, if desired, rotate the basket in pre-established positions.
